Step 5: Planning the 1st Sprint

In steps one through four, the JavaBrew team is worked through the MAHD Onramp to write user stories, identify major product attributes, develop an iteration plan and create the backlog. The team is now ready to begin execution with their first sprint.  

In step 5, the team  will commit to in their first sprint. Are they ready for a successful agile project? It’s still early, but already critical questions are starting get raised.
